These Terms govern your use of the Power API platform operated by NXTKRAFT SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. By creating an account or calling our APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be a registered business or an authorised individual at least 18 years of age, with a valid PAN. You are responsible for the accuracy of any KYC information you submit about yourself.
2. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys confidential.
- You must notify us promptly at support@nxtkraft.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the APIs for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
- Submit data you are not authorised to verify, or for which you do not have a legitimate purpose and informed consent of the data subject where required.
- Attempt to bypass billing, rate limits, or authentication.
- Resell or sub-license the APIs without a written commercial agreement.
4. Wallet and billing
- You pre-fund a wallet. Each successful API call (HTTP 2xx upstream response) is debited automatically per the per-hit charge displayed at the time of the call.
- Subscription fees unlock all endpoints inside an API group and are non-recurring unless explicitly stated.

5. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly availability of the platform but cannot guarantee continuous availability of upstream government data sources, which are outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos and software are the property of NXTKRAFT SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during the term of your account.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify NXTKRAFT SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED against any claim, damage or expense arising from your misuse of the platform or your breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
