As Power API is a digital service, there is nothing to return. This policy describes when and how NXTKRAFT SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED issues refunds.
Per-hit charges
- Failed calls are not charged. Your wallet is debited only when an API call returns a successful HTTP 2xx response from the upstream source.
- If the upstream source is unreachable (HTTP 5xx) the call is logged but not billed.
- If a call is debited despite an obvious upstream error or our mistake, write to support@nxtkraft.in with the request reference and we will refund the amount to your wallet within 7 business days.
Subscription fees
- API group subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except in the cases below.
- If we deactivate or remove an entire API group within 7 days of your subscription, we will refund the subscription fee in full to your wallet.
- If you subscribe to an API group that has no active endpoints due to a configuration issue on our side, the platform will refund the fee automatically.
Wallet balance refunds
Unused wallet balance is fully refundable to the original payment method on request, less any payment-gateway fees actually incurred, for accounts in good standing. Email support@nxtkraft.in from the email associated with your account, mentioning your wallet balance and reason for the refund. We process verified requests within 7–10 business days.
Account closure
When you close your account, any unused wallet balance can be refunded as above. KYC and transaction logs are retained as required by law.
